Maybe many of us may get our wish sooner than later to see Ogletree playing some significant snaps.

For anyone who didn't want to listen to the two audio clips of Jerry Jones on the Cowboys multimedia page... he made a point to mention Ogletree and his potential in both his PC and radio interview. He did so w/o any prompting and only spoke about Roy, Miles and Ogletree. He said, "Keep your eye on this kid."

Hopefully that means JJ is as eager as we are to see more of him in gametime and maybe we won't have to wait 3 years, as often seems to be the case with young WRs.

The thing for Ogletree is that unless they're going to make Crayton or Hurd inactive there just simply isn't much shot of him getting on the roster at this point on game days. We could see him take Hurds place here and there but only if he started to show some great ST potential because Hurd is a great ST player for us.

who really cares what Jerry Jones says. The only thing I want to hear from him is that he's stepping down as the cowboys GM, other than that, I could careless what he says about this football team, he knows nothing about player personel or talent evaluation, any other GM would of been fired ten years ago, not getting ready to hire another puppet headoach...

Jerry Jones also had a glint in his eye and made comparisons to Brett Favre when he discussed Clint Stoerner years ago, so forgive me if I am not excited. I actually like what I have seen with Ogletree. But now I am starting to have doubts.

I am willing to sacrifice Hurd. Potential playmakers are harder to find then special teamers, particularly after you just spent the draft on it, and hugely upgraded the ST coach.
