Lol..sorry folks, just watching ESPN on TO...again...

Mort gave his ideas on which team might pick TO..Actually we came in 2nd to Denver and Mike thinks TO should go to Dallas...Duh Mike please no.

Here's what I think should happen. The Eagles should release TO on or before the last game of the season. This will make TO go through the waiver process and a team will claim him and pick up his excisting contract. Some 5 odd years left on the contact and the biggest hitch is the March roster bonus.

So, in this senerio, TO will have no say as to which team selects him and he will not get a big signing bonus.

If he refuses to play, no problem, no pay. High risk reward for the selecting team.

The only question is that if the team that does pick him up and pays the roster bonus in March, do they still eat that if he never plays for them ??

Love to see the Texans or Saints pick him up.

From what I understand, TO is not subject to the waiver process due to his verteran status.

What?
Every player needs to clear waivers, veteren status means nothing. There is no veteren status, only a veteren minimum on pay.
Unless this is something new that I missed.
