Oh Philly

They're ticked off Tate didn't play much last night, and questioning whether Pederson can coach or was it his assistants (like Frank Reich) last year. :igglestrophy:

JMO but the best QB in the 2016 draft was the kid that play's for the LA Rams but that's just me

Yep.

Wentz might have the better physical skill set but Goff is the better QB. Watching him right now, he's just a machine. I'd put Wentz 3 amongst "young" QBs - Goff, Mahomes and then Wentz.

Top 5 QBs in football right now are Brees, Rodgers, Brady, Goff and Mahomes IMO (the order isn't important although Brees is clearly the #1 guy right now with how he is playing).

I said this right after the Super Bowl ..

People tend to forget that Wentz didn't win them a playoff game much less a Super Bowl last year .. Foles did.

I wondered how long it would take if the Eagles lost 2 or 3 games before the fans starting wanting Foles back starting ..

Only thing is Foles sucked to start the season.

I didn't say it was the smart move .. just saying that if a fan's team is not winning, they are losing which means they tend to want what they don't have.

The love for Dak was strong two years ago. Most fans wanted Romo gone then though some of those will say different now of course. Now fans want any other quarterback not named Dak Prescott after every loss.

Fans hated Garrett for years, then liked him for a year, then hated him again. Same with Linehan. Just a few years ago fans were saying Jerry deserved Executive of the Year.

To be clear, I'm not insulting fans. I'm simply saying that fans rarely want things based on rational thinking or logic. If what they have is not producing wins, they want something else.

Eagles fans, Cowboys fans, Commanders Fans, Giants fans .. it doesn't matter. We're all the same and we all get enjoyment when its the other teams' fans turn to go through it.

LaFleur is another name I like.
Will be interesting to see if Tenn continues their offensive ways. LeFleaur will be a hot commodity. He's my first choice, followed by Riley. My list is real short. ;)

With a big part of the reason they lost throwing up the X in the background, that picture doesn't get much more perfect.

I agree. We as cowboys fans are supposed to jump up and down because Dak had a good game not a couple of good games but ONE.
Yep.

I agree. Must be great to watch a real franchise QB play

I agree. Quick release and great accuracy. But I credit a lot of Goff's success to McVay. My choice for HC would be LeFleur.
I like the kid. He's calm in the face of the rush. Hangs in there till the last second. Keeps his eyes down field. And yes McVay is as good as it get. But you can only coach what's there. If a guy runs a 4.9 in the forty you cant coach him to a 4.2. Goff had all the tools McVay just sharpen them

Agree, and it goes the other way too. See Jeff Fisher.
