i think we should ride the horse we've got and see how he runs.

i also think no more AARP qb's.

and i think this question overall is premature but fun to ask. : )

let's see how romo does, then we'lll know. 1/2 a game in a bad environment (funny bp always said he'd never do that to a player) doesn't tell us enough.

I think we're gonna stick with Romo this season and next. but we do need a Veteran backup behind Romo. Bledsoe I think moves on...

That is a very sobering list to look at.

Makes me realize why I wasn't more upset with Bledsoe's performance.

We need to ride out the Tony Romo experience this year and see if he's got any potential. If not, then we need to burn a 1st rounder on someone next year.

We need to draft a talented college QB. Someone that will take us to the SB. I am not convinced Romo will be anymore than what you saw last night. Time to bite the bullet and use a first round pick on offense. No more QBs on the cheap!

You're preaching to the choir about going for retreads. If you've read any of my posts over the years, you'd know I don't want retreads. But Shaub is no retread. A retread is someone who's gone to multiple teams where each team has tried him out (ala Bledsoe). Shaub looks good from when I've seen him play, and Parcells should be able to get some info from Al Groh from SHaub's UVA days. Though Most of Shaub's experience is in a west coast offense, so he might not be the best fit here.

Regardless, if you're saying Quinn is a possibility, then hell yes I would prefer Quinn. But it's no gimmee we can get a shot at him.
