Some reknowned critics harped on Jerry Jones detrimentally interfering with this defense by reaming out Wade Phillips and curtailing Stewart. I guess I was wrong defending him by stating he wouldn't resort to those tactics.

I apologize, and I am sure it just must have been a big coincidence that this defense played inspired for the first time all season and throughout the game.

Oh and way to go Jerry getting some stud rookie cornerbacks in the draft. How great were those decisions considering the injuries and PacMan's suspension. Oh sorry, that was all Wade's doing and the scouts. I am just not objective about matters.

Sarcastic much? If I were you I would hold off until we at least made the super bowl, as it is we are in a fight just to make the playoffs with the most talented team in the NFL.

I am not crowing because I support Jerry Jones. I just thought it was over the top that after the Rams game a number of forum members not only piled on Jerry but they went time travelling and brought back artifacts from the Campo years.

I hear you CoCo, this wasn't about me being right and some folks in here being wrong. I wouldn't have even started this thread but no one created a thread or commented that Jerry talking to Wade did some good. This defense played hard and inspired for two halves of football and yes I don't think it was a coincidence.

I also believe it was Jerry's perfect right to seriously discuss this with Wade and more than likely tell him it was unacceptable. Maybe he needs to have the same talk with Garrett.:laugh2:

Unless they come up with a nifty game plan I don't see us winning with Johnson. If he is ready, Bollinger can scramble and throw deep with more authority.
