Man I love this defense--If bill is building a championship contender and he started with the defense now next season expect overhaluling the offense.
On D today: 1. Ferguson was a man--he even got pressure on the QB--he stuffed the middle and did his job for Bradie James who is playing with great confidence.
2.Demarcus is starting to loosen up and play football--he looks more into the flow and not thinking too much. I cant wait until he is moved around and used as a weapon
3.Fujita played alot better --best game as a cowboy--whether it is enough I dont know
4. hats off to the little guy Mr Aaron Glenn--that was gutsy and he had Plexiglass for lunch--you should be ashamed Plex--you are like 2 ft taller and 30 lbs heavier and he schooled you!
5. newman was his excellent self
6. Canty is going to be a pro bowler--he was all over the place today
the future is bright for the D--we need upgrading at FS and OLB and it should be dominating for years
Now the Offense--give Bill some time--Rome wasnt built in a day and this team is being recreated--How many Cowboys from the previous regime are left. You can see a method to his madness--First he brought in his "boys" --I was wondering why the heck all these old guys-until you see the mess in Detroit where they have a ton of young talent but no direction. The youngsters are running the asylum and Mooch was too much of a wimp to stop it. Parcells guys were there as examples to teach the right way of doing things
The O line will have to be built. Even with Flo back--we need a dominant RT- we need a replacement for Allen--cause face it he only has a little bit left in the tank. Rivera is valuable for his experience and leadership but his play is defintely declining. Center--I think we can live with for now

A number 1 WR has to be found--regardless what Key says. We need someone that strikes fear and needs to be game planned around. On overhead shots today you could see that no WR was creating separation

Really football comes down to OL and DL--and dominating on both sides--We have potential domination on the D--we need to build that on the OL--luckily it seems that if you have the proper scouting--good OL can be found anywhere it seems--the majority are later round guys with qualities that fit your scheme--be it mauling or finese

I beleive Bill has a plan as evidenced by last off season and the D--and I think everything we did this season was just gravy--with all these kids--the real payoff is in 3-4 years
