Ok Since the season is Over

No I do not think we are going to turn it around in fact I think this team is going to be 4-5 at the bye to late to make the coaching change and make the playoffs

Yes I believe in no uncertain terms the Bucs and Giants will destroy what is left of this pathetic team.

So this offseason to clarify

Henry = Gone

Roy Williams Safety = gone

Tank Johnson = Gone

Pacman Jones = Gone

Hurd Gone

Colombo = not sure ufa to bad we kept flo

Greg Ellis = gone

Cory proctoar = gone


Cris Canty; Spears and Hatcher one or two has to go not sure which can not do all 3 at once due to lack of depth if we did

Brad Johnson = Gone


WE will need to fill in with draft picks and solid vets we need more speed in the lb core and we will have to go with young solid vets and hope one raises above that.

Of course a revamp of the coaching staff starting with the Head Coach

While I'm not quite ready to say we won't make the playoffs, I still think we will, I do agree with the majority of those names on that list being gone during the offseason.

You can add a lot of coaches to that list as well cause I think this team is going to be getting an entire coaching overhaul.

I start with the coaching staff, pretty much everybody except Garrett I kick in the arse.

I think Garrett can be salvaged, his offense was still top 10 even with Romo fumbling left and right.

I don't think RW is going anywhere. I think Spears and Canty are going to be gone next year....everything else I agree with though.

I took we can only have so many cap hits and I knew a lot of guys where coming up as fa/rfa are at the end of the contacts where you could save cap space by cutting them. Roy was the lone exception

Here's what needs to happen to turn this mess around this offseason.
1.Fire Wade and hire a real coach. not Garrett, but a proven head coach. let him hire his own staff.[ i know hiring his own coaches wont happen)
2.these players need to move on.either by trade or by being cut.

Bench flozell adams. i dont care how much you paid him, this guy sucks.trade him or make him a backup.
Tank Johnson. he has really added nothing.let him go.
Terrell owens. trade him to the AFC.to a team that needs a good wideout.age has caught up to him.
let M. Columbo go. cant run block at all. and to slow against speed rushers.
bring in a good FA wide-out to go with Roy williams.
junk the soft zone 3/4 defense, and go to the 4/3 putting ware and spencer at down DE's.
Cut Bobby carpenter.or trade him to miami for anything bill gives us. he's terrible.
let Canty go.
and have a draft like you did thispast year.
