Ok let me get the stupid penalties rant off my chest once again they showed up and put a big bite in the arse; that has to be the 1st thing corrected next year.

1st Let Flo walk he got Romo crushed on 3rd and 11 at the end in crunch time. He got owned it was crazy how bad he got schooled. (Pat or Free will need to step up) drafted a few more guys to groom for depth

Next the WR core should be overhauled. Crayton is locked up as a #3wr which is fine with me(I prefer Crayton in the slot) after that Glen is done time for him to go; TO should be let go (call me what ever time to move on). Jerry if either Fitzgerald or Roy Williams is available you get one of them period end of story to replace Owens. Then go out and sign another wr like Bernard Berrian would be the best deep threat on FA market or maybe Bryant Johnson from the Cardinals as a young guy that has played solid and been overshadowed by Baldwin and Fitzgerald.

RB Draft a young guy in the 2-4th round area to be a change of pace back or sign a solid vet a Kevin Faulk type that the Patriots use

CB we need to draft some guys and maybe look for a solid vet to help in nickel and dime; unless one of the young guys like Ball are ready to step up next year

AND, I'd also draft a CB the first day as well. We need TWO CBs, IMO. I don't think either Reeves or N Jones is going to get us where we want to go.

As for Flo, IF it's a reasonable contract, keep him, otherwise let him go.

I would definitely spend money to get a good veteram number 2 WR. But I definitely keep TO as well. Have Crayton as your number 3.

And we obviously let Jones walk and draft a replacement for him as well.

All this is doable. Let's see what Jerry thinks . . . . He's got to be crushed right now.

We need a game changing secondary. We have the goods up front, but we have a secondary that's a little too easy to toss on. Corner and Safety.

Far from knee jerk I have said it all year the guy is not worth what it will take to sign him; plus the second the 2nd half is where we lost the game. Funny Indy lost there starting LT and did the same thing we did with a young guy; the Pats have let many vet linemen go and put young guys in there place on the line and won superbowls. We need to let certain vets go and Flo is one of them freeing up money that we need to overhaul the wr core

In todays NFL you need at least 3 CBs that can really play well. We have 2.
Flo- he played a great season but not this game. Let him go and go with the young guys. I think Terry Glenn is probably done so we need another deep threat. TO clearly today was not even 90%. Berrian is NOT the answer since he drops more balls then TO does. Maybe Bryant Johnson.
As regards our staff= well. Redball is NOT a genius. And frankly I am beginning to wonder about Wade.

a minute of play in first half without any pressure on Eli. Also,why
abandon the running game in second half. The coaches on both sides
of the ball called a terrible game.The secondary is really the achilles
heal of this team.

The first and by far most important thing to do this offseason is hire a GM...i am sick of Jerry playing God in the Dallas Cowboys football world. Sure it worked once but becuase he did not make most of the decisions then. I am so sick of most everyone on this team right now, if Phillips and Garrett are gone I don't think we are that much worse off. Esp, Phillips, and I think Garrett proved tonight he is no where near ready to be a HC.

Why in the world would we let Ferg go? Our run defense is far better with Fergy in the middle. This year our defense has been weak in the middle, and strong to the outside. JMO but I think our greatest weakness has been our secondary. Roy needs to be replaced, and we need at least two corners.

As for our coaching staff, I've felt all year that our offensive line is very good in pass protection but terrible at run blocking. Marion Barber made them look ok. Replace our offensive line coach and special teams coach. Jerry needs to get Avozono (sp I know) back.

I'm sorry but I just disagree with getting rid of Owens. You see how effective our offense is when he's 100% and he makes plays and sticks up for his team. I'm sorry but that would be a step back. We can still get Fitzgerald or whatever other receiver you want w/o getting rid of Owens.

I'd say Corner is the number 1 priority as well. We can wait on a running back because there's some good ones coming out. Mendenhall can be got at the end of the 1st round. I think we need to get faster on defense as well.

Reeves needs to go and so does Roy (im finally i guess oficially a roy hater even though when he first got drafted he became my favorite player but he's just any good anymore) Spears needs to go as well or at least be made just a backup because he is nothing more.

Exactly...he dominated all year and cut down the drops considerably.

#1-A corner-#1 priority
#2-A second running back with speed and vision
#3-Resign Hamlin & Barber
#4-a new strong safety-I'm beginning to think Roy doesnt even believe himself he is any good.
