OK Zoners It's time to make your choice/ pick your side.

I believe Parcells is still a good coach. I believe that 3-3 is not the end of the world - we need to pull together now and survive until the stretch when we will play most of our last games at home. I believe in Julius Jones being a better runner this year, and I believe our OL is still better than last year's version. I believe TO is going to be on a mission, and he and Romo will ignite our offense. I believe our defense will make progress also. I hope we can beat Carolina - it should be a good game regardless. I think we can still make the tournament, but beating the Skins and either the Giants or Eagles (or both) will be required to do it. Yes, I keep the faith - I'm a fan.....

I make the choice of not making a choice until I see how the team reacts this week. If they come out flat and play like last night it's over.

Do you still have some fight? Certainly.
Do you believe this QB change is gonna set us on the right path? this year, maybe. Long term, yes.
Do you believe Big Bill is gonna fix this OL? Romo's mobility will hide some of its flaws, next year we need to fix it.
Get this D back to were it was most of the year? Yes.
Do you still have faith in Parcells? Yes.
Do we beat Carolina next week? Yes.
Do we make the playoffs, win the division? maybe wild card, really difficult to win division.

I say yes to all! I got a big big bucket of that special electric koolaide.
Who's in? Who wants a drink?

It's 5:30pm and I'll be back on line in an hour to see who still has a pair!

I think maybe you have a big bucket of "purple passion"...especially heavy on the grain alcohol. I never give up...I will watch and pull for them every week...the worst year in Cowboys history, 1-16, I was at the game we won.

But this team isn't going anywhere this year if Romo is named the QB...it will be a good thing as far as finding out about next year and what we have to do in the offseason, but we won't be going to the playoffs with him...bank it.

I'm just on my knees praying that everyone is right, that Parcells truly makes this his last season...maybe if he'd retired last year, we could have kept Shaun Payton.

Only stupid people throw in the towel after six games into the season.

It's like throwing in the towel after a boxer has been knocked down once in the fourth round, but still won two of them on point totals. There's still eight rounds to go, and your boxer may just be Rocky Balboa.

Pessimism always leads to defeat. Optimism may also, but it's the only course. Hope is instilled in human nature.

I haven't given up hope, I believe the boys can win ever game until the last moment. I will never roll over and play dead on them. That wasn't the way I was raised and it's not the way I've spent 65 years of life.

Do you still have faith? Nope. We simply give up too many big plays and our OL sucks. Only one of those can improve.

Do you still have some fight? Always. But my "fight" is irrelevant. It's the cowboys that have no "Fight".

Do you believe this QB change is gonna set us on the right path? Eventually. Maybe.

Do you believe Big Bill is gonna fix this OL? Not this year. What can he do about it this year?

Get this D back to were it was most of the year? Huh? We've been giving up big plays all year to "good" teams. We play great against crappy teams like the reskins, but we suck against good teams.

Do you still have faith in Parcells? Yes. But he needs to get rid of Zimmer and Sparano.

Do we beat Carolina next week? Wouldn't surprise me. We seem to have a way of beating them. Altough Peppers vs Columbo gives me chills (the bad kind).

Do we make the playoffs, win the division? No and Hell no.

I actually think Romo gives the Cowboys the best chance to win. Even though this is his first starting year, he makes no more mistakes than Bledsoe. Dallas does need to fix the Oline. Next years first 4 picks should be soley spent on the best offensive line players. Young FA lineman should be paid for, but I don't know what the free agent lineman list looks like.

QB change was the worst possible scenerio for all of your questions pertaining to this season. It is a forgone conclusion that romo loses last night and the next 4 games. At 0-5, his confidence is gone and the rest of the team has already mailed it in.

It is going to be a long season. Romo maybe the next Joe Montana, but we won't know that until this season and most of our high paid veterans are a memory.

Bad move by the franchise last night. This will haunt us more than the Quincy Carter draft day.

Do you really think the Team(players) has faith in Drew Bledsoe anymore.....the damage has been done....If Bledsoe gets reinserted the Offense will really be conservative and everyone will second guess everything Bledsoe does...
Face it...Like it or not the best move is ROMO.....its Romo's to win or lose.

That's kind of an unsettling mixture of metaphors...

I agree. Whether it's Bledsoe or Romo, we probably don't win the SB. With Romo at least we can determine if the guy can play or not. Is next year's first pick in the draft a QB or not. There is no way that Bledsoe sticks around for another year. He's done. Why does a 14 year vet make these kinds of mistakes, I'll tell you, he can't play anymore. He's done. Give the ball to Romo. Pass me some coolaide.

The season is futile because the o-line cannot be salvaged. Even a mobile guy like Romo needs a modicum of blocking/protection. He won't get it.

Mediocre protection is there. NY didn't stop blitzing. We didn't stop passing. They still came after Romo. He avoided sacks that a QB with any mobility will avoid, Bledsoe is so immobile he can't make a few adjustments in the pocket. That makes a HUGE difference.

This is a DB pass:
Drop back, sit there, pat the ball. Nothing downfield. He doesnt roll out and throw away. He sits there. And then he crumples up into a neat little heap.

Opponents Game Plan:
Lets rush them. Every play. Stop the run on 1st down. Force Bledsoe to pass. Then Tee-Off. There's a field manual on beating Bledsoe, EVERY D-Coordinator in the league knows this.

Faith?? No way.

Hope... yes. I'm optimistic to a fault, especially when it comes to the Cowboys. I won't give up on the team until we're eliminated.

I'm not expecting much, but I'll still cheer like hell.

I don't know how you can say that. Bledsoe brings nothing to the Cowboys. He lost the Jacksonville game, the Eagles game, and, if you were paying attention in the Houston game, he played like a dog until the defense gave him great ball position.

Bledsoe is washed up. He can never take the team to the Super Bowl, he can't seem to figure out that the team is bigger then he is. The pick he threw at the end of the first half was the stupidest play I've seen since his performance in the Philadelphia game, which was the stupidest job since his performance in the Jacksonville game. But back to Monday night. How do you rationalize away his huge mistake. What could he have possibly thought Glenn was going to do to catch the ball? Why would he go against the called play.

Part of being a good team player is having the team behind you. How can Bledsoe command the respect of his teammates, when he constantly robs them of respectability. He doesn't have to stand behind the line of scrimmage and pat the ball. He doesn't have to ignore one half of the field.

If Bledsoestarts against Carolina, then Parcells is just biding his time. The players will also. You will not see an inspired team play Carolina if Bledsoe starts. They know he is incapable of leading the team through some tough opponents.
