Okay, The Commercials

Overall a disappointing commercial filled evening. The fan made Dorito commercial was the best of the lot.

for me it was tje GM commericail: the RObot that got fired and thought about sucide: only if: and only a dream: damm robots:


but did I miss the second half,,,,,,,,,,,,,that was a boreing superbowl the ads were not great neother was the game and Mannning as the MVP was by default: the superbowl was just another regualar game.......nutin specatular about it..

I will tell you this, Snickers not only did not sell me, I doubt I will ever eat a Snickers candy bar ever again.


The best for me was the fan made Doritos one.

The best for me was the white dog that just wanted to ride on the budweiser wagon and got splashed with mud to ultimately achieve his dream goal. For the most part, IMO, they were all lame this year.

I agree with Hos. I watched it with my brother and we both said we could not look at a snickers again. I almost lost my pizza on that one.

I don't think so. It was a white stray dog that looked over and saw a dalmatian chillin on the budweiser wagon. Then the whiter dog gets splashed with mud and suddenly has "spots". He sees his reflection in a store front and takes off running to get into the parade. The commercial ends with him winking while being caressed by some diva on the bud wagon.

What I liked:
Blockbusters mouse - rock, paper, scissors - inside the coke machine - bud's chainsaw - doritto's check out - the last e-trade commercial

What I didn't:
I hated all of the car commercials and i can't remember much of anything else othere than the fact that the godaddy's girl looks like somebody punched her in the mouth.


I miss the good stuff like the TABASCO's exploding mosquito several years back

Ahhh, forgot the Careerbuilder.com commercial that had all the employees trying to avoid the training seminar... running over the cliff like lemmings. That one was good.

I liked the snickers one...I just knew homophobes all over the country would be gagging. :laugh2:

Robert Goulet one had me laughing a little.

Over all...pretty lame effort by the ads this year.

I found myself hitting the FF button through many of them (have the DVR and was busy so I would pause the game here and there).
