Yes, but he's a veteran so he doesn't have to pass through waivers. Any team can sign him, though, once he's released, but we had no trouble getting him to our practice squad.

They love these. Really guys, there ARE indeed some players who are good in college and stall out in the pros. Understand that.

Signed to the active roster. Leverett's practice squad spot was filled by veteran guard Laken Tomlinson.

Honestly, just throwing it as an idea, if we get to that point and he's actually decent but not enough to keep on the squad, maybe we can try to shop him? Not saying that's what we should do and it's a long way between now and then. But still.

Yes, because we have an international player, Adebayo Odeleye, who doesn't count against the 16-player limit.

I preferred Keegan because he's more up-and-coming, but it seemed pretty close between the three interior guys (Leverett, Keegan and Cornelius).
