QB Stephen McGee and rookie Tyrone Navikoff had a difficult time with the snap, muffing three before Navikoff was pulled in favor of Bill Nagy. And Nagy’s first snap with McGee went to the ground.

Interesting that they are trying Navikoff at Center. He is 6'6-5/8" tall.

Mickey said on the webcast that Arkin looked much bigger and he thought he was easily at 320 lbs.

Broaddus said that Leary appeared to be a little better than Arkin at RG.

Kowalski out due to ankle issue.

Parnell out due to hamstring issue.

Bernadeau out due to hip surgery.

On the radio, Broaddus mentioned the 2nd team LT. I think he said Navikoff, but I'm not 100% on that.

seems like maybe the issue was McGee since he was the common factor in the snap problems

How is McGee the issue if the snap went into the ground?

I think Nagy just might be the guy at center; with Killa out on the ankle he will get most of the reps.

Man no way can you have a nearly 6-7" center. just no way. Did the guy make a left turn from tackle or something?

Normally, I don't like to put limitations on a player. But a 6'7" center? I have to agree with you. Why are they even wasting their time with this?

probably because of all the OL injuries huh?

OTAs are the perfect time to try these things out especially if you questions along the interior offensive line. The coaches are taping these practices so they can go back and scout each player individually to determine if they can indeed play new positions.

A perfect snap that is dropped by the QB would go the ground, wouldn't it, or am I getting confused about the Law of Gravity?

No. That would be like trying Stephen McGee at WR, simply because you have a lot of WR injuries. What's the point? All you're doing is wasting time.

That's the point. I can tell you right now that this guy can't indeed play center. They're dicking around because it's the spring. But let's call it what it is, dicking around.

I don't know if I would have used those exact words, but I agree with your thoughts on the subject.

Experimenting is the word I would have chose.

Keep in mind though that this is supposed to be family oriented so you have to watch the language cowboys2233.

I didn't purposely misspell it to avoid an obscenity filter, take it up with the mods. Besides, this term is based on Richard Nixon's nickname, "Tricky Dick." In the eyes of many people, he was not a proactive President, and therefore when someone is perceived as wasting time, they're referred to as dicking around. I'm sorry you have a dirty mind.

I'm not going to tattle on you but I though I'd give you a heads up on this. However you want to phrase your language is your deal.

People freakin out or who is better than who in the underwear Olympics no of this means squat until they put pads on and start hitting.

Everything right now is working on technique and playbook stuff.

I am sorry I am going to take the wait and see until it matters before I worry about who is good or sucking reports

They're practicing in underwear? That's weird.
