Don't worry. George Selvie and Sean Lissemore are here to save the day!

Remember, Monte and Rod said the DL meeting room was full. You couldn't even fit a guy in there! Nothing to see here. Move along.

The game is won and lost in the trenches. Expectations, for me, are based on that.

I used to live by that saying but the last few years the Super Bowl winning team has convinced me that isn't always the case.

Who care how we got them if they are performing well? Do you think teams are stacked with first round rotations players?

This is just to illustrate how dire our DL were when we started to pick people off the streets to play for us in the pre season. They were suppose to be camp bodies but now turning into starters?! Great that they appear to be doing alright for NOW. They were on the street for a reason. I am all for FA making impact when our scouts are doign their jobs. . I don't want to see another season like last where our DL was depleted and completely worn down when other team just ran through us.

3 guys will likely take most of the snaps (Ware, Spencer, Hatcher) so the rotation that we have should keep us going...

Wilbur worries me. He hasn't done anything this preseason to show that he can be a reliable backup to Ware.

Marrineli over time has shown the knack for "coaching them up"......so unless they start churning the DL with cuts from other team, I'll trust Marinelli's opinion.

I think our DLine depth is fine. Could be better, but fine. In my mind, however, our number 1 priority for the 2014 offseason should be finding a franchise 3-tech.

Definitely high on the list along with another DE, another starting caliber DT and a guard or two.

Really need Wilcox and Parnell to develop into long term starters.

...but you absolutely CANNOT get by with bad trenches on both sides of the ball - period.
