IF this O'line doesnt wake up and smell the cofee we're gonna get Handed like an ugly step child.

Tucker and Pettiti are playing bellow average sorry to say it. Tucker is no Adams and Petitti well he's just FREAKING SLOW.
Another problem is Al Johnson:banghead: He gets beat a lot...He's just not strong enough.

Sorry I just had to let it out.

The O-Line will be very key! Denver gets some pressure from their front 4, but also like to blitz alot. They have been getting good pressure and play an attacking style.

It's not a matter of our OL waking up, it's a matter of we're playing with the deck that's handed to us.

Tucker is Tucker, and Pettiti is still a rook. That smells trouble either way you cook it. To date, it hasn't cost us yet ... but I think it'll mean trouble against the Bronc'.

Look for Ekuban to have a big game. He's motivated and his feelings were hurt. Wants to show his old team up.

Hate to break it to you but Petitti has been playing pretty damn good.

He is the least of our problems.

Al Johnson is also having a very nice year. I don't believe he has given up a sack all year and he appears to be playing much better in the run game.

I think you are being a little dramatic with this post. 150 yards rushing is pretty good if you ask me.

I think this is right. Our OL play must improve this week if we want to win this game. We need to be physical. The Denver D is good enough to create some turnovers if we let them get pressure. I'm hoping Parcells has been saving a liitle for this game. Denver has a shorter time to prepare but they had a very easy opponent last week in the Jets.

Julius was looking much better, although it did seem he got winded early on due to lack of conditioning. that said, i think we will run it down the Broncos throats early and use some play-action early on also. if we get our running game on track, their blitzing will cost them as it did Philly...

Yeah lets bench the whole freaking team and let the scrubs play. I guess 7-3 doesn't cut it anymore in this league. Would 10-0 make people more happy around here these days?

I thought the game yesterday went as expected. I thought we would be sloppy with this game sandwiched between the Eagles and Bronco's. Having said that.... I agree that our O-line will need to pass block much better than yesterday. I expect us to bounce back against the Cleveland West D-line, and come out far more intense than against the Lions.

Actually I think it comes down more our defensive front 7. If we can stop Denver's running game they become a very ordinary team.

Agree. Their WR's don't exactly put the fear of god in anyone, but when Jake is rolling out they are effective. Our ends have to stay home!!!!!! As for us I think MB III should be in on all goal line situations. Seems to me he runs harder, and for whatever reason has a knack for getting into the end zone. I was yelling for Bill to put him in when w got stuffed on 3 plays inside the 1.

In BP's press conference he blamed spears for the first 2 stuffs and pierce for the last.
But running the same play three times in a row was also a mistake- just that BP would not admit it. MB would not have scored either- JJ was hit in the backfield on all 3 plays.

Let's forfiet the game, and give the team the week off...................7-4 isn't that bad. Let's do the same when we play the Panthers, they have Peppers, and also forfeit the Giants game, because of Strahan.

Heck, let's forfeit the rest of the season because our Ol is not playing real well. Why go into a game with Petiti, Tucker and Johnson not being Pro-Bowlers?

To me in my eyes they are not playing to their potential.

And yes Pettiti is freaking SLOW look at him for Christ sakes...And Tucker well I never trusted him so that should say enough.

I think we as fans are the worst possible judge of potential... We had Quincy a star, Hutch a star, Hambrick over Emmitt... we aren't very good at judging how "good" a player is going to be.

Well I cant really argue that......But I have Marion Barber as a potential very good back. Lets see how that turns out.
