There are 32 teams and a league wide shortage of olinemen. There are only about 7 olinemen that are worthy a 1st round pick and after that it is slim pickings. The Cowboys are in the 12 spot and are in a good position to get 1 of them.

These are the guys that I have on my list.

There is not much left after that. There are a bunch of different players at different positions that they could take at 12 or in a trade back, but it might be a good decision to take a quality olineman while you have a chance.

I have Josh Simmons as the best otackle and the league is liking the medical news that they got at the combine. The position flex of Grey Zabel could be a good fit for the Cowboys. I also like all of the other guys on the list.

Jared Wilson C out of GA is a true freak athlete. I think he goes mid 2 or early 3 and Beebe's position flex makes him an interesting option for me.

I doubt we go OL early. I could see Will Hernandez in FA to take over at RG. And we have some decent depth. DL is a much bigger priority

31 teams around the league have functional olines comprised of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th etc round picks. Hell San Francisco has been starting a center for 3 years that didn’t even make our practice squad. Let’s maybe continue developing what we already invested in and fix the other positions that have been neglected for once!

Dallas could take O-line at 12, if the value isn't there for another position they covet. But I would prefer they would consider a small trade down (no further than the early 20's) to someone else who wants/needs to come get an O-lineman. Get the extra pick and maximize the value for the player selected.

Membou is a MAN. I was skeptical of him as a 1st round pick but there is no lineman in this draft who looks the part more than Membou. He looks like he could take over for Zack Martin right now and dominate. .

I was impressed with you Oline results. I like Booker and Tate Rutledge? I think we need to give Dak every chance. Along with a couple of running backs

Myself, I don't think they have a choice. This offensive line needs to be made strong and with no hiccups left with the drinks.

The team, can't get a top running back until it does. That leaves about 3 years of heavy pounding on a star running back and leave a hampered and injury type years to do it all.

If this is not seen by Dallas, then the super star brought in won't be there his last 5 years when it all comes due.

Straight up, I'm for Banks and would trade up just ahead of Chicago.

Especially considering Steele is probably year to year at this point, Smith you have to pay soon, and if he shows to be an average or better starter Hoffman is only a year away from a large pay day as well. Even if your optimistic on this group I still think you have to look at a couple guys for 2026.

If you do not fix the oline and dine; WR2 does not matter, RB 1 does not matter, Corner does not matter, Backup QB does not matter, etc.
