Omarr Norman-Lott DT Tennessee

Tennessee isn't that well coached. They use a system there that insists on rotating the interior dline guys. Problem with doing that is lack of chemistry on the field so things sometimes lack consistency. Lott might be better than the tape if given more reps. Pearce also is in this boat at edge. Think when drafting a Tennessee player, you better consider them a bit unfinished and raw. They need good coaching and reps. Like this Lott kid and think he can be great. Dang, look at his neck lol. Dude looks the part.

Interesting...

The DT in the graph just above Omarr Norman-Lott (Thor Griffith) has slightly better stats, same height, is heavier, and has better ratings against the rush while equal pass rush ratings as Norman-Lott. Yet, Omarr Norman-Lott is expected to go in the 2nd round while Thor Griffith is expected to go undrafted.

I say take Thor Griffith with a 6th or 7th round pick while leaving our 2nd and 3rd round picks for other positions in need.
