I cant feel sorry for guys that have to go get jobs and wait a year to play if the season is canceled next year. Not not they would.

What would be strange is if the entire season gets canceled and we have another draft the following season. Then you open camp with 2 drafts worth of picks plus all the veterans.

That would be something strange. There would be a lot of veteran players out of jobs.


But i dont believe the season will get canceled next year. I just cant see that. Too much to lose from both sides. Nothing like a group of billionaires fighting with a group of millionaires and the fans suffering in the process.

Given this team's propensity to achieve the worst possible outcomes, I fully expect them to win the maximum number of games possible without making the playoffs and thereby drafting just outside where the top o-linemen will be drafted,,, even that dim-wit Jerry will have to acknowledge what most people have known for years and he will draft OL next April,,,

Jerry would just move down in the draft if we get a top 10 pick. He probably doesn't have the $$ to afford a first round pick. Shoot - he is going to have a bunch of trouble selling out the stadium, if they continue to lose. Or Heaven forbid he may have to go down on ticket prices. Ok maybe I am just dreaming!

Nobody really wants him as a the HC, but if he's available and whoever the new headcoach is wants him, we'd be crazy as hell not to hire him as OC.

He's the best game planner and offensive play caller in the NFL.

Didn't we have OL do that before the draft he was in and then didn't even end up getting drafted? Though I do recall (I think) he did so to pay for an operation his mother needed.

Personally, I do not view that as a wise move.
