One caller pointed out, he is not a fan of Cowboys or any team, but why are Cowboys on so many prime time games this season. Cowboys games are unwatachable, mainly offense. Instead the channels can line up Rams, pats, Chiefs games since those games look pretty to the eye.

Is having prime time games with this offense hurting the Cowboys nationwide.

Will this get Jerry's notice.

You should go on the DC Facebook account and let them know about that one caller. Ask them to tell Jerry about it so we're sure he got the message.

I thought that HOU game was a really good game, though. Fun to watch. Lot's of great defensive plays and defensive stands. Went to overtime, had a little bit of controversy, then the bad guys won. If the Cowboys had pulled it out, it would have been a great game.

Because people tune in when the Cowboys are on. Look at the highest rated shows (I'm talking all shows on tv) for September. I believe the Cowboys have 3 of the top 10 spots. I don't get it, but Dallas Cowboys = ratings. Even when they're bad

Jerry loves prime time, and contrary to what most people think, so do the NFL and Goodell. Cowboys draw ratings and usually have more prime time spots even when they suck. Ratings are great for Goodell and even other NFL owners.

Because Cowboys are a ratings boom. Either people love to tune in to see them win or love to watch them lose. Even those who constantly complain about the attention the Cowboys get from Media and Networks contribute to the TV ratings or clicks that any website or social media site that talks about anything Cowboys related. Cowboys haters help keep the Cowboys in the spot light by talking about them, even if in a negative light. They don't seem to understand that.

Cowboys are one of the few teams in the NFL who can have a losing streak or be a middle of the pack team, yet constantly gain the attention of sports media and NFL fans.

I have the perfect response to all people who come into my work and talk **** about the Cowboys. They only talk about football after the Cowboys loss. If they win they don't say anything. However, when the Cowboys lose here is how I put them in their place. They say, "Man, the Cowboys look bad this year did you see that play last night where that blah blah blah" I then respond ( lieing, because I watch every snap and remember most plays ) " No I didn't pay attention to some drives, but it amazes me that even though you can't stand the Cowboys you remember more plays then me, a Cowboys fan"

Obviously it's a white lie, but it gets my point across. Haters pay closer attention to the Cowboys just as if not more then real Cowboy fans.

Jerry has created an environment where fans of every other team will enjoy watching the Cowboys get spanked. They will continue to be a prime time draw.

Not sure anyone would mind getting "caught" watching a bunch of Cowboys games even though they are a fan of another team.

simple ratings

People don’t get it still.

People love to see Dallas lose. People want to debate and talk about how we suck.

No other team gets treated that way in the nfl.

Do people care that Miami choke away a lead? No. They’d rather bash us

exactly, we are an organization that has as many haters as fans. People watch us and hope we lose.

I get that Cowboys get ratings, but the word that we are playing a boring brand of football, mainly on offense should be a worry.

Cowboys are always the highest watched games every regular season. It doesn't matter if the team is good or bad, half the world wants to see us win the other half wants to see us lose, either way, they want to see us.

Yep Dallas is terrible to watch. I live in the dc/Maryland area and when the skids had their bye week the eagles game was televised and Dal vs lions didnt hire.

Anyone who lives in the DC area automatically knows Dallas comes on more than not if the skins have a bye, wash plays at 4 and dal 1pm and vice versa.

My boys were moved from primetime and I barely watched any football that day. I track the score on my phone.

Things are getting rough.

I didn’t think Sunday’s game was boring.

And that’s not saying Dallas is playing good ball much less exciting ball

If there’s a team that’s hard to watch it’s the patriots imo.

They usually get the calls and then the avalanches starts. Yay fun football

Same usually goes for pissburgh.

Rams are cool. Hopefully they wear their throwbacks if they make it to the big game. Can’t win the super bowl wearing that mismatched garbage.

Chiefs are good now but anyone who knows Andy Reid’s track record knows they will find a way to blow it somewhere along the line.

Did I miss anyone?

Jerry’s only part of the reason. Fans resent the nickname, the records, the entitled fans, the hype and attention—it’s jealousy, plain and simple.
