son visiting from Hawaii--we are cooking Thanksgiving dinner--eat an hour before kickoff

Fried catfish, smothered potatoes and onions, corn, salad, hushpuppies, pink panties (an alcoholic beverage that contains gin and pink lemonade).

Steaks
Grilled asparagus and red onions with balsalmic vinegar.

Breakfast was a sandwich made using some leftover steaks off the grill from yesterday, turkey bacon, swiss cheese, and eggs sunny side up.

Lunch/dinner is chicken alfredo made by my brother (he's working on it now).

Probably heat up a few of the leftover steaks from my bbq as well.

Lets hear what youre making.

I am glad you axed.

Ribs. Nothing fancy. Just salt and pepper rubbed into it like sunblock on the shoulders of Edie Adams just after she lights up my cigar.

No marinade. No fancy spice rubs, just the tange of the salt and the fire that melts da fat.

Ribs be the poor man's meat.

And the mead.
A tub of Heineken with El Sol and dos equis.

And let's not forget the kiddies. Hot dogs and rocky road ice cream and then Miss Busty takes her kids outside where they can play with matches, a mini welder's torch and a magnifying glass with which to make insects run faster.

Well, that's it. Ribs and beer.

Go Cowboys!
