with Romo as our starter. How about that!?

He made his mistakes early. That fumble was careles. The INT was... eh, he took a chance and it wasnt so bad.

Keep in mind he still has to get those passes timed yet

Ahhhh...but a perfect pass by him that was dropped by T.O. should also be considered.

T.O. catches that and it IS 4-0.

Fumble wasn't careless
Bad protection. QBs will fumble occasionally.
Int was a mid-read. Glenn wasn't open--apparently TO was on the other side.

He's a special player. Salisbury kept saying it on ESPN, and he's right: Romo has "it." Whatever that is, there's just something about him that makes you believe. He'll have his down moments, he has his flaws, but he's a damn good leader and an even better quarterback.

Agree 100%. But like BP said.. there was a chance AFTER that and we didnt get it done. A more routine play than a deep ball catch.

But I hear ya.

He had the ball in his hand away from his body - IT WAS careless. Ask BP.

Yawn.. either way he is about 4-0. That loss to the Skins was so cheap.

I think the best thing about Romo is his accuracy. Like Babe Laufenberg was quoted as saying in the Star-Telegram today, the most important thing for a QB to be able to do is to hit what you're aiming at. Aikman was as good as any QB who has ever lived at throwing the ball accurately. Romo has been on the money with his throws every week. In the 2nd of half the game vs. Arizona, Romo completed 10/10 passes and against Indy he was 10/11. That's an incredible 20/21 in the 2nd half the last two games. That's really remarkable on Romo's part.

The defense stepped it up all around today. Romo seemed a bit nervous at first, he wasn't as assertive with his throws. Once he settled down, he played lights out.

The Glenn play was a bad decision. He threw it inside on the coverage. But, it was like a good punt since it was a 3rd down throw.
