Now that Cortez is gone, it time to start cutting the rest of the crap. The next guy cut should be Kenyon Coleman, followed by Eric Obgughsjkgu, A-Train when JJ is healty. Damn that, right now, especially after Barber ran over a safety. He can gut it up in there. Then I would have to get rid of Jones or Reeves in the off-season and most likely Singleton.

this list is over the top.
I could see cutting A-Train --- when Julius is healthy. but, all the others are relatively safe.

Well the fact that Kenyon has been inactive for 2 of the last 3 games is telling to me. You usually don't go from starting to being inactive in the NFL. Haven't seen that done much. When you take into account he was signed for his run stopping ability and we haven't missed a beat with him gone, its easy to replace him with Spears starting, and Ratliff backing up Spears. Ob gldgjgu is in the same boat as Coleman. Inactive to many games for a guy that doesn't really do much int he first place. Add in the fact that Fujita replaced Ware some is also telling. Ogskhgsdgu gets relaced by Burnett with Fujita at times. Atrain is an easy one, just replace him with Barber and Thompson. Barber was on the field in OT vs. the Giants and even though AT started vs. Seattle, he didn't see much of the field. BArber has better speed, hands and picks up the blitz just as well. What good is he really? Off season replacements are from FAs and draftees.

But you can't just cut that many people during the season, when you don't have enough depth or anybody out there. Ok an injury happens and we are stuck with not enough people to have depth, there in lies the problem. The only one that makes sense is the A-Train, but I say keep him even when JJ is back because we have enough spots to keep him, if more injuries keep happening I say yes.

Reeves recovered the muffed Seattle punt return. Of course we came up short (2 runs, pass on third down - sack) and then Cortez shanked the 29 yarder.

How can you say we don't have enough depth at those positions when they are inactive because of depth. ATrain was inactive because Barber and Thompson were turning the corner. That corner has been turned. Kenyon was inactive because Ratliff is more active in the pass. He also will chase with speed from behind, As for Ogshsggu, if Ware, burnett and Fujita aren't depth why would we cut him in the first place. Not to mention Thornton coming back next year.

I want to get rid of Reeves or Jones, they are holding a roster spot for just Sts. Thats not enough, one or the other has to crack the defensive lineup in some sort of fashion by next yaer or get outta town.

unless you are upgrading, why cut any of these guys...I'd even keep A-Train for now...I don't see any replacements that are better and it gives you more guys...after the season you can start cutting folks and many of these guys are the first to go (KC, Atrain, Ogbagu, N. Jones, singleton....).

I'm not against cutting Coleman. Singleton has to stay for this season though. And A-Train... might as well keep him since we don't save a penny by cutting him and he is our ONLY experienced RB.

Reeves? No reason to cut him. What would the guy do that replaces him? Same thing Reeves is doing only he probably wouldn't do it as good (Special teams).
