With a month to go, trying to see what Dallas will do based on interviews, visits and free agent signings. I still see Dallas signing Parsons sometime over the next month and also see them still signing at least 3 more free agents.

I think they sign another CB and based on appearing they will likely go after a guy under 29 years of age, that would be Asante Samuel Jr. or Caleb Farley or C.J. Henderson as the most likely candidates. Samuel would be the most expense as spotrac.com projects an $11 million a year contract but that was when free agency first started, it will be considerably less now.

See another DL type guy like Leki Fotu or Raekwon Davis as run stoppers, and then probably a WR vet like Stephon Diggs or Keenan Allen or Tyler Lockett.

Also could see them sign Desmond Ridder QB as Dak's backup

Draft:
12. Houston offers 25, 58 and 79 to move up for a WR.

25. Kansas City offers 31 and 66 to move up for Revel CB

31. Colston Loveland TE Michigan - Former basketball player, much like Bowers who can be used everywhere

44. Derrick Harmon DT Oregon - Should be a rotation with Osa.

58. Azareye'h Thomas CB Florida St. - Should be a starter right away with Diggs probably out a few games

66. Greg Zabel OG North Dakota St. - Will start at RG for the next 10 years

76. Trade with LA Chargers, LA sends 86, 125, and 158 for 76 and 174

86. D.J. Giddens RB Kansas St. - great size and speed, special stop and go player, hits the holes, Coach Riley wants this guy as the lead back.

125. Jayden Higgins WR Iowa St. - This is a guy I see falling mainly because of his speed but would be a great red zone guy.

149. Jared Ivey Edge Ole Miss - very good rotation piece on the left side of the DL

158. Jamaree Caldwell DT Oregon - big man who easily clogs the middle of the line, can walk the center back to QB

171. Riley Leonard QB Notre Dame - very underrated QB, good speed, good passer, good decision maker

204. Ollie Gorden RB II Oklahoma St - will become the back up to Giddens

211. Kobe King ILB Penn St. - student of the game, hard worker, just makes plays, plays a bit like Sean Lee

239. Chase Lundt OT UConn - a project but great upside at OT

247. Jayden Blue RB/WR Texas - will definite help in the pass out to RB, great speed, definite needs a little work

UDFA:

Maxen Hook S Toledo
Steve Linton Edge Baylor
Brady Cook QB Missouri

You should do a projected starting lineup.

After playing around with my Monte Carlo simulation model, I keep coming back to the following:

There is probably less than 25% chance that WR T McMillian will fall to the Cowboys at 12. With McMillan likely gone, I am not overly excited with remaining at 12.

There appears to be real value in trading down from 12 to the range of 16-20 and picking up an additional 2nd or 3rd draft pick.

I think we could draft a combination of OL and DL in the first two rounds that might look like Josh Simmons OT and Alfred Collins DT, or Derrick Harmon DT and Jonah Savaiinaea OG/OT.

There will still be quality WR, CB or LB in the 3rd round worth grabbing

not too bad, but don't take a TE in first round...enough of TEs. I would take a RB instead....Giddens is much like what we have....maybe slightly better.
