We absolutely need accountability. I think player accountability on this team needs to come from a player or players. I think this is just the way it is in pro sports, with a few exceptions. Maybe in Dallas more so than other places at least at this point.
Jones needs to be accountable to us and Garrett accountable to Jones.
In FA i'd look for someone with some edge, we need somone to standup for their teamates and be in thier ear if they need it. I'm a lifelong Mavericks fan and Tyson Chandler was remarkable for Dallas. Dallas was considered a soft team and I think are Cowboys have that rep, maybe they deserve it. I don't see anyone on this team to change that.
I like Garrett I think he's the best guy to work within this organization. I hope and pray he gets some help on gameplan if not play calling.
T'd guess we bring Rob back, hell Newman was so bad lately I'm not sure what you can do to cover for that. Maybe with a full off season there would be less confusion. If they replace him I won't cry

OK my player thoughts
C- We have a backup center, We've got to get a starter be it FA or Draft
OG - I think we need to upgrade at the minimum one of these spots with a high pick or FA, let the other guys on the roster compete for the other spot.
CB - We need someone to challenge Scandrick for Newmans job. I like jenkins, we need two talented guys here, pron have to settle for one.
OLB - I've seen enough of Spencer
S - For the 7th draft in a row I want a FS that could help our CB's
DL - Ok I've seen enough of Rat at NT lets get a 1st down wide body, I see these guys in the later rounds, we aren't looking for a dynamic guy just someone that can hold a double team.Rat at DE and slide in on passing downs.
ILB - Lee and Carter or bust.... Actually lets look for a Brooking type to bring in and help whileCarter learns. Look for a project
OT - Swap the tackles,W I didn't think this was needed obviously I was wrong. (Need some backups, utility guys)
WR - I'd like to get Robonsin signed. He might light a fire under Austin. Dez competes and I think he will get better andbetter, but I don't know that he'll ever be a number one do to consistency not talent
QB - We need a young QB to compete with McGee
TE - I'd look around, I'm not opposed to bring MB back for the right contract.
OT - Swap the tackles,W I didn't think this was needed obviously I was wrong.
RB - Murray, Jones, Tanner and sift through the undrafted FA's
Kicker check but being in competition
Punter check but again have to prepare for McBriar having a lingering issue
