I realize Urban Myer's not a popular choice around here w/ his spread offense, but he seems like someone who is willing to adept to the situation he is in.
He is also Qb friendly, so he can further the maturation process of Romo.
He can be very beneficial to the draft because he's familiar w/ the talent pool that is Florida.
Seems to be a good motivator (although this may not translate to the NFL).
Pair him w/ a good DC and I believe he can have success.
