There is ONLY person that deserves to be blamed for this mess of a franchise and it is JERRY JONES!

He is a total fraud that has convinced people that he actually cares about winning more then his bottom line and it has become a total joke. If the guy really cared about winning over everything else he would hire real football people to run the show, but we all know it won't happen so there is no point getting angry about things.

This is life as a Dallas Cowboys fan, has been since Jimmy left and will remain until Jerry joins his doppelganger Al Davis.

We can keep crying about JG, but ask yourself, do you have any faith that Jerry would replace him with anything that resembles a quality NFL head coach?

Well, it's not just Jerrah. It's Stephen as well who is nothing more than a younger version of Jerrah. The entire FO culture which originates at the top and trickles down to it's poor choices at OC, HC, DC, poor decisions, low expectations, and low standards. The guy's been caught on camera with hookers in a loo as well as inside a stripper bus. America's team? Not anymore. We need to get the Arkansas standards back to Arkansas. LOL> My alma mater hated them in the SW Conference and I still do. Even my professors poked fun at them.

If you want to win you make changes to get there. I don't really care who replaces Garrett at this point. Just end this ridiculous experiment already. Then raise your expectations for the new coach who should have a legitimate resume and don't give him 2 decades to complete the process. It's a friggin joke keeping Garrett here.

To anyone who saw All Or Nothing, the scene where the Jones family is sitting at the table discussing the team like its their local owned grocery store family business tells you all you need to know about how toxic this franchise is. It is a family ran business and they like it that way. They want control of it all. Even it means losing. Even in the midst of winning 2 Super Bowls, that was not enough for Jerry because it was not his way and he fired Jimmy.

Jerry does not care about winning. At all. But hey, we have our team sponsored by a casino. Yay.

I am still holding out hold for Stephen, he seems a bit more business orientated, to me.

It may be wishful thinking but it is all I have to pin my hopes on right now.
