I was so nervous he was going to drop one of those passes, but Deon showed consistent hands.

I'm not sure if Hoyte would have fared as well in the passing game.

And when Deon caught the passes, he looked to hit someone and gain extra yards.

A solid peformance for a 6th round rookie in a hostile environment.

Good point. I remember him dropping those passes in pre season, so it was a little scary. And you are right. Hoyte would not have caught all of those.

Did you guys see him call for a block on one play? A fullback calling for a block. That was classic....

I'm pretty sure Cricket is one of two or three guys that should bear the brunt of the blame for McGee's run-back, but other than that play he showed me a lot tonight.
