I think it will be Kellen.
Kellen's biggest asset has always been his knowledge of the system he plays in. This will be his first offseason with the team, first real chance spend a significant amount of time on the field with Romo and absorb some of the things Romo sees.
Dallas has the running game locked down so if Romo goes out they need someone who can direct the orchestra and minimize as much confusion as possible.
