Looking through all these crying threads, I'm seeing alot of "Well if Austin is injured and Bryant is a bust, we're screwed!" comments

Well duh guys. Take the top two WR's away from any team and there's going to be trouble for the offense.

This is ironic coming from me, but we need to take it down a notch about Crayton and Hurd. Especially Hurd. If he has to start because of injuries then we're screwed anyways.

Good point. Also if we lost Miles and Dez is a bust with Crayton on the team, We still aint going to a superbowl with Crayton and Hurd/Otree/Johnson.

Exactly. if you can get th same player for 500k instead of 1.79 mil then that's just good business

dude where is all the whining and we're screwed comments??? I don't think anyone ever said that and if that was said then it was by 1 or 2 guys... A few of us said we liked Hurd and would hate to see him go, but I don't really think anyone was whining

But it's not the same player.

Scandrick is to Gordon as Hurd is to Holley. You don't hear folks wanting to get rid of Scandrick. Might even save some money, and it would be good business.

But that's Bengals talk. Unworthy of the Cowboys. Or do we need to hold a bake sale for Jerry now?

Hurd has zero impact on this offense in the regular season and is a solid ST'er. Holley will have zero impact on the offense this year and is a solid ST'er

Dont see the difference.

If one of them does go down...who would you rather have step into the #3 role? Crayton or Hurd/anybody else?

I guess I understand if Crayton didn't want to be here that we had to let him go, but he would have been very valuable to this offense. People seem to be underestimating the fact that he makes a lot of clutch plays (no need to mention the Giants game, we know) and Romo trusts him. That's not easy to replace.

Holley is a solid ST'er? haha.. He got down there the other day & tried to tackle the returner and he just bounced off of him. VERY SOLID? :laugh2:

Sam is good, Holley only solid.

Agree. We are not riding the backs of Hurd, Crayton, and O Tree to the superbowl.

Quit trying to act like role players don't have any impact either though my friend

They do have an impact but they are not the caliber to take us to the Superbowl if our top WR's got hurt.

Since when do offenses only use two receivers? 3 WR sets are as common as mud. Not having a good third receiver is like not having a slot corner.

I'm convinced this guy has split personality. Or maybe another level headed guy that posts with his account.................. I think I'm gonna go with the former, makes more sense

I'm wondering the same thing. A ten minute drive home from work and I miss everything.

The post that gets you banned usually gets pulled, so you'll have to keep on wondering.
