One would think we lost...

I think the biggest part of enjoyment in the game for me was the arrival of Sean Lee.

It's all in the eye of the beer holder. I don't see as many negative threads as you claim.

I agree, I don't see that many negative threads, I guess it depends on what you want to see. I see lots of positive threads on Choice and Lee, even Buehler is getting props.

When your team is 4 - 8 and out of the playoff chase, you should probably take what you can get in terms of positivity.

I love it man. Great game. Of course, people are going to nitpick. I'll keep it short & sweet...

I love what Garrett is doing with this team and with each win, he is making a strong case for returning next year as the HC. This team is playing with the fire & intensity that should have been there week 1. Unfortunately, they were handicapped by camp cupcake and took a half season to catch their stride after getting rid of the garbage. I saw a lot of guys out there playing with tremendous pride today. Guys like Sean Lee, Tashard Choice, OScan, & Dez are the future leaders on our team. They're starting to come around under the tutelage of JG. This team has no quit in them. Who cares if the playoff chances are gone? I don't & apparently they don't either... Who wants a job in the future with the Dallas Cowboys??? They're all on notice and it's great to see them thriving in that environment.

Revamp that Oline, get me a couple of Safeties, plug a few other minor holes... & we're in business.

Victim of the moment much?

oh but what fun is that? There a small group here so intent on trying to run Garrett and Jerry out of town not knowing their opinions dont mean squat that it really turns into a black hole of fun after a win.

This .....

We won people!!! In a friggin exciting game! Enjoy it!

That is the way it is around here. I was happy with the game and the way the guys played I was happy the win came because contribution from all phases of the game. The defense 4 ints played a very big part the balance of the offense was also a big factor. Where there mistakes? sure there were and if you watched any other games Sunday you will find no one plays a perfect game there is always some thing some one can moan about. I say forget those people

You could hang some people with a new rope and they would still complain.

A veteran team that was supposed to be a SB contender is mathematically eliminated from the playoffs with a month to go (and realistically, has been out of it for several weeks), beats a fading team that can't buy a win.

Let the good times roll.

No doubt this season as a whole is a mess but instead of just throwing in the towel this team has chose to go out and fight hard for the remainder of the season

There's some positives from the win, and the last month, no doubt.

Doesn't change the fact that Jerry Jones wasted yet another prime year in the careers of some really good players, and nothing that's happened the last month or the coming month can change that.

I just think with the season being over a lot of fans don't care about wins and losses any more. It is more about evaluating players now and throwing out negatives is part of that. Hopefully the coach and GM are doing the same thing, not basking in the glory but getting ready for next year. I am sure there would be a lot more excitement after a game like that if we were still in the hunt for a playoff spot.

Your right but this team can either hang their heads and give up or show that they are a better team. Right now I doubt many are looking forward to facing the Cowboys.

It's hilarious how people think we're supposed to roll into the RCA Dome and crush Peyton Manning and the Colts 42-0 with our backup QB. And, yes, the Colts will still be right there in the mix in the AFC playoffs before it's all said and done.

If the season is over for you and you're not getting any enjoyment out of the games, why are you even watching them, much less spending your finite amount of time on this earth talking about the games on an internet messageboard.

We made it much tougher on them making the playoffs that is for sure. :laugh2:

I'm not sure what the odds were for Dallas winning this game I doubt many felt we would go into Indy house and beat them with them having so much on the line.

Overexaggeration - as ususal.

Win or lose, successful season or not, fans discuss the game. Wake up! That's why this board exists people.

Seeing things that didn't make sense or aren't as positive as we would like does not mean we want to run Garrett out of town, nor does it mean we are down on the team. It's simple discussion. Many that are involved in the threads that discuss possible negatives are also involved in threads discussing positives.

This team is expected to win and win by scoring on every possession and shutting the other team out. Anything less is subject to criticism. Mediocrity is not acceptable.

Thing is because you differ from what Garrett did does not make the calls Garrett made wrong just different from what you would have done.

So, after a win we are only supposed to go on about how everything is perfect and put blinders on to things that still need to be improved?

It's called discussiion, and it involves both the good things and the bad. It's unrealistic to talk about bad games and ignore that their might have been good things, and it's just as unrealistic to talk about good games and ignore that there were some negatives mixed in.

For those who think fandom only involves blind support, then you really aren't going to have anything to contribute to this board, which exists because it allows a flow aof ALL thoughts on ALL aspects of the game and team.

How boring - and how inactive - would this site be if everyone just smiled and said the team was great, and everyone else just responded by agreeing with them?

No doubt there will always be things to improve but it does seem some (not saying you) try to take the fun out of winning. Finding fault in everything and belittling the good.

Yeah, so ...........?

And your opinion is only your opinion - so, what's the problem in having a discussion about them?

Are we only supposed to discuss things for which their is indeniable statistical evidence, or are we allowed to discuss thoughts and opinions?

After all, if that were the case would that even qualify as discussion at all, or would it just be a recital of facts? Hell, anyone can go to NFL.com and find statistics - this board would not exist if not for a flow of thoughts and opinions.
