We are 3 players on offense and 4 players on defense away from the Super Bowl. As it stands now, we have 5 draft picks, and plenty of FA money including tons trade possibilities.

BP will have his best off season of his career, and we will be in the 2007 Super Bowl and we WILL win.

Don't get me wrong, I would love for this to happen. I would love to shut up my Commanders friend, but most of these scenarios are "best-possible" situations.

And also, you got to think about how many other teams are even closer than us:

Commanders: Arguable 1 WR and some DL improvements away from making some noise (The cap problems with them seem to be nonexistant)

Steelers: Yeah, in the Super Bowl. Strong defense, More-Than-Servicable offense

Panthers: Who knows what could've happened if Foster didn't go down. This team was an RB from making more noise than they did...but then again, "Jake in January" doesn't exactly help my cause, if you know what im saying...

There are many other teams that are sitting there level with us, so we'd have to have a perfect offseason where fairies sprinkle dust and Rob Petitti becomes the Pro Bowl RT we all want him to be...
