Well lets see............Pollard career ypc average is 5.0 ypc. Yet you claim he would have 50 yards on 20 carries. LOL

Do the math. Thats 2.5 ypc. Wheres the logic? There isnt any. Just like there was no logic in you predicting a 60 yard run from Zeke. When was the last time he had a 60 yard run? How about a 40 yarder? Again no logic.

Then you predicted he would have 120 yards and a TD against the bucs. When is the last time he a had 100 yard game? HE averaged 56 ypc last season. Bucs are a top run D. Cowboys Oline sucks. Again, where is the logic?

Forget what you think you know after game 1.
Rush is a long step down from Dak.
Our receivers were NOT running free in the TB secondary, and when a guy down the progressions had a little room, the pass rush was already moving both Dak and Rush off their marks. Our QB and WRs will struggle against the umbrella the Bengals put out there with their safeties.

Kellen Moore MUST run the ball a lot, even when we are gaining only 3 yards.
The game plan MUST incorporate both of our TEs much more often in the passing game….size is better than 3rd tier WRs without speed. Two TEs, two WRs, 1 RB…..sometimes Two TEs, 1 WR, 2 RBs with Pollard in the pass game.

I’d love to see Pollard on the wheel route from the slot or motion after the WR clears it out and Zeke sneaking out into the flat underneath him.

Why? Rush is MORE ACCURATE than Dak!

Biggest issue with this offense has been the same for 10+ years. The fix is to do what the rams did when they took goff to a SB. You can not continue to have 1 play per formation. You must run, pass, boitleg, playfake, rpo everything out of the same formations. So yes you run zeke/pollard but you also have to get the defense crowding the line then quick strike to cd on a slant so he gets some yak.

Actually don’t hate Dak at all. I’ve been a fence sitter on him for several years. Always hoping he’d hit his peak....

I’m ok running 3 downs sometimes with Rush. Let’s at least try to out physical some teams. Maybe it will help us get tougher and better for the future.

Run the damn ball. And some quick passes. If Brady can throw in 2 seconds why can’t we? Ok. But we can try.

What ever happened to the lead draw? E Smith ran it to perfection back in the day. Hope we have a heavy dose of both of our backs and hope they are deployed to their individual strengths today. Getting both more passes would be a help too.

Always loved that play. Often wondered why don't they use it anymore.
Have defesnes progressed to where it is not as successful. Or does the blocking need to be there as well.
