Record in December/playoffs. Jerry should get a list of every available coach and hire whoever has the best December and playoff record, regardless of what kind of coach they are or anything else. Isn't that what we keep saying is all that matters?

It matters, but when you play 16 games you need to be in a position where December even matters. What good does a winning record in December do you if you are out of it before December? Last year the Texans got on a good run late in the year but it was too late

Whoever Jerry hires as the next coach needs full autonomy and control over his team.

One thing? I dunno - maybe that his name is NOT Jason Garrett? After all his players on offense don't even respect him. What Dallas needs a head coach that exhudes leadership and commands respect of ALL his players (offense and defense). What we don't need is a head coach that players can legitimately ask "Why are you asking me to earn my job when you have not earned yours?"

what is our december problem? if you know it only takes a coach that can win in december, which parcells was able to do, what is our december problem?
