It is photoshop. I also think it's funnier without the middle part bulging out.
Subtlety in humor is best.

It is not like that at all. Some peeved Oklahoma fan did this after last years game. Taurean Henderson scored a controversial touchdown last second to put us ahead. They reviewed the play for nearly ten minutes and ruled it a touchdown. At first look, the play was similar to when I think it was Vinny Testaverde (with the jets at the time) was down about 6 inches from the goal line and then extended the ball over for a touchdown.

I am pretty sure that is the origin of this picture.

Awful photoshop. Look at the line in the extended portion. It's 3 yards extended at the near hashmark, then 4 yards out at the far hashmark.
