I hope they settle that soon. I won't be caught dead without my codpiece......or was that caught red-handed with my ... or..........wait..... uh...... never mind......
We've always been 'open carry' in AZ. when the ccw came out I was happy to sign up for that as I'd had that casing-liner back in IND. also and that was a little bit harder in obtaining as that required county Sheriff's personal approval for it( valid reason),,, then AZ. went concealed carry /no permit,,, as before that in a traffic stop I'd either hand the card along with drivers license to the enquirering revenue enforcement agent or tell him I had one and was armed,,, now they could pretty much care less and assume EVERYONE is packing heat and operate under that premises
