Can't wait to hear y'all's menu.

It's an entire weekend event. Tonight I'm starting my 10 hour slow cooked Creole chilli (college football). Sunday we're throwing a pool party with a Taco Guy. Beers, and double margaritas. Two rooms will have NFL games on but one big screen is dedicated for our Boys .
