Opening on the road is a trend for us

Someone posted that losing our last game of the year (they referred to a comment by Spagnola) was the reason we would open up on the road this year. I don't know if there is any truth to this, but our losing the last game of the year the past few years might actually be part of this formula.

Unless the league has made that part of the formula, I don't think it matters what happened in last years season ending game. Dallas won their regular season enders during the last 3 Superbowl victories and still started the next season on the road.

And it will be shadier at Texas stadium, which in some ways makes up for the heat.

So 20 times in the last 30 years we have opened on the road, including 10 times in the last 15 years.

Not trying to be a jerk, but I just HAD to point out that if we played 10 road games in the last 15 years, then we played 10 road games in the first 15 years too. LOL sorry I had to say it......
