I really think that Julius breaks out this game. Tiki goes back to fumblin' bumblin' ways.

I think our OL has their best game of the year.

Crayton has good game too.

I agree regarding Julius; if not this week then maybe not this year at all. Tiki Barber is fantastic, but maybe, just maybe he's feeling a little fatigue after last week's effort. If we can put some hats on him early he might fumble like you say.

Isnt Julius supposed to have a break out game every week?

hmmm....Maybe this time it will finally come true.

Go JJ.

'O' line will be good enough for our offense to make plays. JJ will not break the 100 yard barrier but we will finish about mid 90's maybe. If he does get 100 yards in will be 101-110 yards.

Drew will be the difference in this game. Drew needs the word "Clutch" added to his name. This is the year and the time to get people used to hearing it.

Drew will be the difference.

I dont.

Hasnt done too much, so I have no reason to beleive he will do something now.

I hope we see alot of him and Barber and a sprinkle of Tyson Thompson.

20 out of his 22 games prior to december, it's as if the guy hasn't existed. That's 2 years.

Sure, great, I hope he breaks out this week too. And hope he continues for another excellant december, helping push us deep into the playoffs. BUT, I have no misconceptions about him, I do not want him back in the starting role next year.

at least a few people every game swear that "this will be a break-out game for Julius." While I love the enthusiasm, I dont think it'll happen. I think combined with MB3 our RBs will get over 100 yds, but I dont think JJ will give a really stellar performance until he sees some playoff action......maybe.......I think he's just a little off right now, his vision doesnt seem the same, and its obvious he's lost a little explosion with his ankle problems, not to mention his cuts arent as smooth........I think he'll do a solid job, but I dont see a "break out" game from him anytime soon.

But I really hope I'm wrong!!

I don't think Julius breaks out this game....I don't think Julius breaks out next game. I think Marion Barber assumes the role as the every down back in the next few weeks. Barber has been able to be effective. Julius doesn't look right, he's not confident, imo.

MB has not shown much either. Only against a scrub team like the Cards.
JJ needs to remember last year and ignore everything that Bp has said THIS year.
I think his ankle is pretty good now, so that should not be a real concern.
But the bottom line problem is that the O line sucks at run blocking.

I'd be shocked if that happened.

Julius is steadily becoming what he truly is.

A good quality 3rd down back who can give you

some good runs 2 or 3 times a game...that's all folks

He is a buffed up Charlie Garner ...but the buff part

slowed him down.

MB111 is a good all-around back, but not a star.

I would take L. Maroney in a heartbeat next April.

He would be the STAR everyone would come to love...JMO

I am sorry man but you get the bonehead post award comparing JuJo to Garner.

I'm sorry we got JJ, I wish we would have taken one of the higher picks, honestly he plays like where he was drafted, he's a player not a star...

We've been waiting for Julius to break out all year long. If it hasn't happened yet, it probably won't happen at all. Julius doesn't put the fear into any defense or defensive coordinator at this point.

He indeed looks like a second round pick. Nothing more, nothing less.

You guys crack me up Julius has looked good the last few games and I could tell last week he was 95%. He is healthy now but quit setting the expectations so high he is not getting near the carries this year that he was last.

Julius himself has admitted having been hesitant about his cuts, but its psychological from now until he does break out - with this amount of rest and care, he must be ok physically.
i predict yes, JJ will have his breakout game this week, because i think he's a great runner. when he predicted 1700 yds this year everyone started laughing, until their brains kicked in - then they admitted to themselves that it wasn't that far-fectched...
