He's only been in the league 4 years and the Pats don't want him anymore? Thats odd.

I think he is a converted TE if I remember correctly . I wouldn't mind that , but I'd rather have their guard Steve Neal . He's a very athletic guard who is great at pulling . It's been a long time since Dallas had a guard who could actually pull block . Another name to remember is Victor Riley from Houston . I'm not big on drafting ANY Houston linemen , but he is somebody that C. Palmer will be very familiar with .

Actually I think Ashworth of the Pats would probably be the RT Cowboys would look at if they don't think any of our present OTs can become starters. Pats don't need Ashworth back cause he's #3 on their OT depth chart & can't afford to keep him even tho he was there starter at RT before being injuried. When he came back he was moved to LT due to other injuries on their OL. So I'm thinking if we sign him, Parcells has no confidence in Pettiti, Rogers or Colombo; if we sign Fabini or Runyon, then Parcells believes one of theyounger OTs can start but not until next year.

There is a reason the Patriots are letting him go. The dude just had back surgery. No thanks.
