You can't get to Step 3 without Step 1.

Getting to the Super Bowl requires getting into the playoffs, so Step 1 is accomplished.

Time will tell what happens, but you gotta let it play out.

I’m not a huge Dak fan but I would agree with SJ here
Dak is young and has some good traits. He also has some flaws that any 3rd year QB will have. Some are fixable, some aren’t
You fix the fixable and it allows you to overcome the unfixsble

The guys he referenced were great passers that’s the difference. If you get Dak today on a regular basis you get 30 mill. If you get erratic Dak you get 18-21 mill. That sounds like motivation to get more consistent. I also don’t think he gets an extension in the offseason unless the team wins the super bowl.

These great qbs weren't great in their 3rd seasons.
