R1
David DeCastro, G, Stanford
High floor and high upside. Very safe pick. Should start day one.

Melvin Ingram, OLB/ DE, South Carolina
Looks great in games and appears to have a good motor. Some risk with the move to OLB. Height (under 6-2) and arm length (30.5”) are below average for an NFL 3-4 OLB.

Quinton Couples, DE, North Carolina
Probably not available at #14. Said to have motivation issues which appears to be the #1 no-no for a Garrett type of player.

Dont'a Hightower*, ILB/OLB, Alabama
Might be too slow as a coverage type linebacker (i.e. ILB in the 3-4). Might be great as a 3-4 OLB, but #14 is really high if the player requires a significant position change. Moving from ILB type to 3-4 OLB is a bigger change than moving from 4-3 DE to 3-4 OLB, IMO.

Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State
I’m not at all in favor of drafting this player at #14. He has size and decent quickness, but playing strength and technique are issues.

R2
Kevin Zeitler, G, Wisconsin
Great college player but will have limitations in the NFL. Lack of quickness is an issue.

Chase Minnifield, CB/KR, Virginia
A solid pick in the 2nd.

Jayron Hosley, CB, Virginia Tech
Appears to be overrated by many. The 2nd is too high, IMO.

Stephon Gilmore*, CB, South Carolina
Might be a 1st round pick. Would be good value in the 2nd.

Cam Johnson, DE, Virginia
Has potential as a 3-4 OLB but needs to develop. The 2nd is too high, IMO.

R3
Michael Brewster, C, Ohio State
He needs to hit the weight room. Probably not ready in year 1. Might have more upside than Ben Jones. The 3rd is a little high for him, IMO.

Brandon Brooks, OG, Maimi(Ohio)
Excellent in a power based scheme but has some athletic limitations in a zone scheme. The question is what type of scheme is Dallas really going to run?

Senio Kelemete, G, Washington
Better for Dallas than Zietler or Brooks, IMO.

Tank Carder, ILB, TCU
The 3rd is way too high.

Josh Norman, CB, Coastal Carolina
Looks like one of the more physically talented CBs in this draft. The Boys slot in the 3rd would be a good spot for him.

Kirk Cousins, QB, Michigan State
Maybe. I would like him better in the 4th.

Billy Winn, DE/DT, Boise State
He might develop into a decent pass rushing 5 technique. I’ll give him a maybe at the Boys slot in the 3rd.

R4
Shea McClellin, OLB, Boise State
Would love to pick this player in the 4th, but he probably goes in the 3rd or late 2nd.

Jamell Fleming, CB, Oklahoma
Would be excellent value in the 4th, but he probably goes in the 3rd or late 2nd.

Donte Paige-Moss, DE/OLB, North Carolina
Injured and has character concerns. The 5th or 6th would be a better spot for him. He does have some talent.

Nigel Bradham, LB, Florida State
Yes, in the 4th. Appears to have the physical talent and size to play 3-4 ILB and is good in coverage; however, awareness in the run game has been an issue.

Delvin Johnson, NT, Marshall
No idea. Has anybody seen him play?

R5
Akiem Hicks, DT, University of Regina
Yes. This guy is going to blow up at his Pro Day with great measurables. He just needs to learn to play football.

Jerry Franklin, ILB, Arkansas
I like this play quite a bit as a late round ILB; however, there are some other later round guys (Miles Burris, Audie Cole and Demario Davis) that I might like better that would be ILBs for the Boys.

Tramain Thomas, FS, Ark
Should have decent measurables as a developmental player.

Philip Blake, C, Baylor
Probably too slow for the scheme that Garrett wants to run.

Matt Daniels, SS. Duke
Probably lacks NFL measurables.

R6a
Michael Williams, TE, Alabama
Marvin Jones, KR/WR, California
Kevin Kroger, TE, Mich
George Bryan, TE, North Carolina State

R6b
Chandler Harnish, QB, Northern Illinois
Broderick Green, FB/RB, Ark

R7
Dominique Hamilton, DT, Missouri
Yes, if he is available here.

Travian Robertson, DE/DT, South Carolina
I prefer Hamilton by quite a bit.

If we could get gilmore or minnifield in the second that would be great. But they won't be there. I see these two guys having a top 20 pick chance after the combine.
