Options to watch NFL

Here is my dilemma. The wife and I are out here in NoCal and her job moves us around every 3 months in the area. We have Comcast with no option of getting DirecTV (any satellite dish).

Is there any way I can watch games from my computer which, in turn, would be connected to my smart TV? I know about those sites where it is streamed with low quality, but I am looking for the real telecast of the games. Kind of like they do for the pre-season NFL game package. I am at a loss on how to approach this and I am willing to pay, just don't know where to go.

I really don't want to sit in the Crown Plaza every sunday with 4Whiner fans.
