Am I missing something here... What about TE Andre Smith (VT), CB Rashad Carmichael (VT), QB Tyrod Taylor, Ryan Whalen (ST), etc. Seems like a few guys are left off this watch list, trying to figure out why.

Jayron Hosley. He's a sophomore...probably end up being a top 10 pick at CB next year if he keeps it up.

He's absolutely gross. Been watching him here in Virginia since he was a freshman.

Andrew Luck is trying to force some throws when he is being harrassed. Needs to throw it away. His accuracy is pretty good though and when he is getting time to throw he's doing pretty good.
