Orcas give Kayakers an up-close surprise

It must be hard to change your drawers while you're sitting in a kayak.

And that would have been the last time I did that.

If you know anything about Orcas, What they eat, and how they eat, there is not one single thing exciting about that event.

You don't need to be scared of Orcas. They are constantly around our boats when we are out fishing here in Alaska. They are just curious or feeding on the salmon.

When I was small I went out w/ my friends family on their boat. During the early morning hours I kept hearing something bump the boat and it slightly move. I went up on deck to take a peek and a pod of at least 20 or so Orcas had surrounded the boat and were pushing it back and forth ever so gently. We wered anchored up so I wasn't scared but it was a bit unsettling at first.

Strangest thing seeing 7 or 8 male killer whale fins sticking out of the water like swords of a demons.

I went back down below. :D
