They are going down with the ship in Jaylon Smith right now. He is TERRIBLE and it is NOT just his knee. Horrible play recognition, slow to every play. Dereliction of duty by Coaching AND Ownership. They have to change this attitude or we are truly done this year. Guys like Jaylon (as he is right now), Heath, etc need to be over on the bench.
I thought Rodgers would throw for 400+ on us easy. He didn't. Our offense pretty much dominated the Packers defense. On defense you lose a guy like Sean Lee and you are done. He is a catalyst player and if he is not out there you will lose to guys like Aaron Rodgers 9 out of 10 times. He is THAT important.
With that said. This loss IS NOT the end of the world. We are going to give other teams problems. We won't be 13-3 obviously but don't be surprised if this team plays its' best ball down the stretch. If the team can stay healthy and drop its' stubborn pride on not good defensive players..put the best players in at all times, this team can make some noise. As bad as losing this game was, there is still time and hope. It might work out better than you expect.
