He had couple of penalties but other than that he dominated moat of his snaps and when he was out the running game struggled.

What are you talking about he had two whiffs and dominated the other reps. That Will Grier throw to Smith was due to his combo block.

You need to go back and rewatch the first quarter when Seattle had their better players in the game. Alarcon was beat up and looked like a disaster.

Which is wrong besides two penalties which one was not warranted he did well. Most of the runs were coming from his side against Seattle’s starters. In pass protection he anchored down.

He had one whiff where the rusher side stepped him but everyone gets beat in the NFL.

We drafted Smith for the long-term at LT. This trade would make no sense. All we need is a stop gap LT this year to get us thru. That's why I say sign Peters or see what it would take to get whitworth. They would help Smith immensely in his growth.
