Kick the tires. Couldn't you stash him cheap and see if he can get healthy.

How come no matter who becomes available the answer is always........NO!!!!!!! Do we really think that teams are going to cut guys who aren't a bit risky to sign? I agree if we have the ability to let him get healthy, that he could be worth the risk.

No doubt!

Still think we need a win against Iowa to cement our spot, but I am liking our chances.

Go Blue. Always.

LOL, he's 6 months younger than Flo and a hell of a lot better over the years.

Ok, so we sign him and then move Adams to G where he can hear and see the snap better? All in favor? Opposed? ;)

in his day he ws better than Flo. The guy has had, just since 2007, a torn bicep, torn labrum, rotator cuff injury and missed 23 games over the last 3 seasons. Thsi team needs to get younger on the Oline, not older.

You're right, he does have a lot of wear and tear, and even if he didn't we aren't gonna change our starting lineup on the OL this season, unless of course due to injury. I seriously doubt Pace wants to be a backup. He'll probably just retire.

It would be a nice 'dream scenario' to have Pace line up at LT and move Flozell inside to guard....

Sign him for the vet minimum and make him a wedge buster on special teams.
