His reality star GF Draya Michele isn't as opposed to it ... in fact, she was pretty pumped at the thought of moving to Paris or Milan!

But Scandrick says if it were up to him, he'd spend the rest of his career in Big D -- telling us he loves everything about the city ... from the fans to the ownership.

Definitely high maintenance. But from my vantage point (which isn't the most advantageous) I think she's as genuine as they can be (given the circumstances). She has issues ... like a lot of them do. Like a lot of us do. The difference is hers is under the flood lights.

I like Scanderick (a lot) but to put his INT's in perspective. There was a guy from the Packers, Willie Buchanan who in 1978 had 21 in ONE SEASON.
