What does this mean? Move to safety? You never know with Jerry... Stay tuned. I still think Huff is a done deal.

dargonking999;3938565 said:No but the poster asked where did you see safety in that? What i saw in that tweet was a player who realized that his small stature and lack of size affected his play throughout the whole season. Not a player who's going to move over to safety.

We are lucky we have a feisty youngster like Scandrick. Guarantee he will be one of Rob Ryan's coveted players who we will all be raving about throughout the season
TheCount;3938569 said:Doubt it, his CB experience is something we really need. Plus we have AOA as a developmental safety.

TISA;3938572 said:How did it affect his play? He was one of the best tacklers on the secondary last year, didn't get bullied much, if at all. He's a NCB.
Read it. It didn't see safety in that. I said it was a possibility. Last year around this time Alan Ball went on the same diet. He's not going to say:" I'M MOVING TO SAFRTY NEXT YEAR. " Have an open mind.

And again it's not a possiblity he is one of the top 3 CB's on the team and was the best CB last year (health plus play) why would we move him to safety?
TISA;3938592 said:IMO it didn't. He's a little pitbull.
And lol...
Maybe because we have the worst starting safety in the NFL by a wide margin, and perhaps drafted a NCB replacement in Josh Thomas? I still think Huff is a done deal, just thinking outside the box here.
