Orton Signs 3yr deal with Dallas

Great signing. No complaints. If Romo goes down I am comfortable with Orton in a pinch. He is not old (29) so who knows how long this will last. Great job Jerry.

I am a little surprised it is a 3 year deal, considering he wanted to be a starter last off season. Great job by Jerry, to replace Kitna with another high quality backup.

Well the whole Gallaway and Co. show today is essentially is Orton going to take Romo's job.

Now this is a good move. I like the length. Gives us time to draft and develop somebody as the 3rd QB.

We had no shot this year if Romo went down. Now we have a puncher's chance with Orton.
