Osi allowed to seek a trade

If we didn't have Anthony Spencer & Victor Butler I would say yes.

Osi and Ware both played @ Troy and are good friends off the field (not that means anything, but at least we know there is a less chance he would be a locker room cancer). As one poster already said, if we didn't already have Spencer and Butler I'd be all for it

You can never have enough good pass rushers. Ryan would find a way to get him a lot of snaps on D.

But yeah, I don't see NYG trading him to us either. I didn't see Philly trading McNabb to Washington though, so who knows.

they want a first round pick. i'm sorry he is not worth a first

Synder will trade with anyone and get screwed in the process. :laugh2:

Osi is a very good player -- he's not getting traded to an NFC East team -- you save that sort of treatment for guys you know can't hurt you twice a year (e.g, Donovan McNabb)

I like Osi. Good thing i’m not the GM, i would put a number of these type of players on my team. Guys that can rush the passer.

That should have nothing to do with it, unless you think they are better. If Osi is better you take the better player. I agree with others no way they trade him to the Cowboys.

The two best corners are now under contract, and the Cowboys allready have Dez Bryant, Tony Romo, and DeMarcus Ware.

And I think Jerry is still smarting from memories of a 1, 4, & 6 round type of a trade...Watch out for Washington, they don't believe in keeping draft choices, even with Shanahan around. And there, it's still Father like Son.

As to a trade, Lonyae Miller and a 5th...

There's the pass-rusher the Patriots desparately need, but good luck prying a 1st round draft choice away from Bill Belichick.

He might do it because his 1st's are usually in the mid-to-late 20's or in the 30's. There's value to be had there... but, the most he might yield is a 2nd because of his age. Justin Tuck might get a 1st, but not Osi.

Yes I would, but not for a 1st. I would probably offer a second though. He and DWare would create considerable matchup problems for any offense. Somebody will offer a 1st and the Giants might consider it.

Just announced of espn. Would you take him ?

He wants to be signed to a big contract. That is the whole reason he wants out to NY because they aren't willing to redo his contract.

Anthony Spencer makes $1M this year. He makes $4M and wants more. Cowboys can't afford him.
